Apartment is in Southend. Is about 7 minutes by car to Town Centre and the same to Seafront. The apartment has one double bedroom and has a sofa bed in the lounge. It is lovely quiet area Access is via a key box. Enter the lobby and the door on the right is the door to the apartment. Parking in the street can be a little difficult at times. Please do not park on the forecourt. This belongs to the downstairs flat. He is a taxi driver and works nights therefore he uses this area constantly.
