High-End Condo Across From Major Recreation Trail

Swim in season in the shared pool a few steps away, returning to refresh in an extra-large shower with both rainfall and handheld attachments. Pour a cup of French-press coffee and watch Netflix on the Smart TV from the comfort of the leather sofa. Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee pot, french press, baking and cooking-ware, crockpot, all the basics (plates, bowls, glasses, silverware). Guests have private access to the entire unit - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio. The swimming pool is shared with others living in the complex. I live right down the road and I am typically available if needed. Highway 36 around the corner offers easy access to Boulder and Denver. Shopping and dining are within a couple of minutes, while a mall with movie theater is about 10 minutes away. Young visitors will love the nearby Broomfield Bay Aquatic Park. Ample parking is available. There's a bus stop basically right outside the door. Downtown Boulder and Denver are both about 20 minutes away. Movie theaters, shopping, breweries, restaurants galore are all within about a 5 minute drive.

Slide open the French doors onto the deck and look down the beautiful tree-lined street. The living room boasts a high ceiling with a statement decorative stone fireplace, while the kitchen/dining area has sleek appliances with a wall of windows. It’s within walking distance of everything that Boulder has to offer, including Pearl Street, CU Campus, and Folsom Field. There are cafes, restaurants, and sandwich shops close by. There is a parking spot behind the condo that is assigned to the unit. However is it very small and large vehicles will have difficulty. Maple parking on street.

1 Bedroom Apt Close to Downtown

! Smart Locks - Smart Phone Required ! This is a perfect place to be close to all that Boulder has to offer. It is a comfortable space, simple and straight forward. No TV, but WiFi so you can find your can't miss shows online :) I do have a Keyboard! I like to open up my space to give a more personal stay for people visiting Boulder. This is my home, so I do have personal items throughout the condo. If you are looking for something more like a hotel it may not be what you are looking for.

Central location provides easy access to all Denver has to offer! A mile to RiNo, 2 mi from LODO, Coors Field, & 16th Street Mall. Only 1.8 mi to the I-70 ramp taking you to all the outdoor activities the Rockies have to offer. This one bedroom, with a pull out, sleeps 4 comfortably. Great for entertaining with tons of natural light, outdoor BBQ, pizza oven, & dining! Solo stove for chilly nights, covered pergola for hot days, & when it all ends a claw foot tub to take a long soak in!
