Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

The Old Silk Barn off Bruton High Street

The Studio at the Old Silk Barn is a newly created space for two people situated literally off Bruton High Street with its Michelin Star Restaurant, numerous art galleries, Museum, shops and restaurants. The space consists of a luxury kitchen & breakfast bar, sitting area, ingenious Italian Murphy bed, & is very comfortably & stylishly furnished. The apartment with underfloor heating, offers a large bathroom, TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher & everything needed for a comfortable self catered stay.

Relax in the large fire fuelled hot tub, lounge on the deck in front of the fire pit or grab a bean bag and find a quiet spot in your own private paddock. This place offers luxurious comfort indoors and out.

The Cider House

Welcome to the Cider House! Nestled in a quiet valley, the Cider House caters to all your creature comforts. Upstairs, the master bedroom is large and airy with a sleep-inducing bed. Next door is another comfortable bedroom with two twin beds. Downstairs is an open planned kitchen/diner/sitting room with a door to your own east-facing terrace - perfect for breakfast. Walk straight from the door for wild country walks, alternatively, Hauser and Wirth, The Newt and Stourhead are located nearby.

The Seed House, Shepton Montague

Situated in a delightfully rural village on a working farm, the Seed House has been tastefully converted with oak beams and stone features. Easy access to many famous attractions, such as Stourhead (NT) and The Newt in Somerset. Excellent pub in village. On site there are 3 well stocked coarse fishing lakes (Higher Farm Fishery) available - free fishing for one guest during their stay. Well behaved dogs welcome. Unfortunately, cats aren’t allowed due to allergies. Off road parking.

The Flat, March House , Castle Cary, BA77ET.

Cosy, spacious, well equipped 2 double bedroom flat just a 5 minutes walk from the town centre with plenty of local shops and pubs Newly refurbished, the flat has its own entrance, large bedrooms, open plan kitchen diner and lounge with a superb large bathroom. Use of owners private garden. Plenty of on street parking and use of private parking. Beautiful countryside setting with many attractions .Near to The Newt and Hauser & Wirth. Explore the West Country from this lovely location.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Cosy country annexe Castle Cary

A small room with a big heart! You'll have a spacious comfy double (or twin) bed , hot shower with good pressure and loo ensuite. The annexe is situated in a wonderfully kept English garden you are welcome to wander and recline in. A breakfast hamper of muesli, milk, yoghurt and fresh fruit awaits you in the morning. Embedded in beautiful Somerset, this cosy annexe is a short walk into the medieval market town of Castle Cary. Hilly farmland and orchards mean lots of walking nearby.

The Barn at The Manor in Cole, Bruton

You will find The Barn at The Manor, just outside the historical town of Bruton with its iconic landmark Dovecote, Hauser & Wirth art gallery with restaurant & bar, The Newt & the Michelin starred Osip. Situated on a quiet country lane, nestled in the small hamlet of Cole, The Barn offers you the peace and tranquillity of the countryside with the ease to tour the surrounding Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire attractions. A variety of walks are accessible straight from your front door.

Period House - short walk to town centre.

This two bedroom period house has been recently refurbished. It has en suite toilets to both bedrooms and a downstairs bathroom with separate bath and shower. There are two living rooms and a large fitted kitchen. There is no garden but a small outside sitting area. The house is two minutes walk of our local pub which provides good value food and drink. Castle Cary's attractive town centre with its many historic buildings is an eight minute walk. Street parking with no restrictions.
