Also a 10 minute drive to Whiteley Business Park, Shopping, NATS, making it a great base whilst away for work or leisure

Hamble River Beds
This luxury, self-catering accommodation is berthed at Cabin Boatyard, on the scenic River Hamble whether business or holiday it offers you a unique experience. For safety reasons, it is unsuitable for children under 5. Made from sustainable and recycled materials, it is fully insulated and has underfloor heating, so you can enjoy this river living experience all year round in complete comfort. Let us know if the booking is for a special occasion. Checkin times are between 4pam and 6 pm.

Cow Shed - Barn
A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Motorway access to South coast cities such as Bournemouth, Portsmouth and shopping in West Quay Southampton ,Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. Also 20 mins away from Southampton docks for cruise ships

A short walk from the picturesque square in the centre of Hamble Village, recently refurbished this house offers light and airey accomodation with a lovely west facing garden and free parking. This is in a quiet part of Hamble, ideal for a family holiday or as shore stay for sailors. It is close to great pubs/restaurants, well placed for the Hamble Marinas and 5 mins walk from two co-op stores.

The Warsash Annex
The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
