It features a spacious living and dining area, an open kitchen, two bedrooms, and a third room that can be used as a dressing room.The garden is perfect for sunny days, with sun loungers and a large dining table.Delapre Park, just 4-5 minutes away on foot, is ideal for morning walks/runs. Our home is very close to M1 highway, train station and bus station. You can reach London Euston in just 55 minutes by train. it’s perfect for families or professionals.

A delightful 17th Century barn, sitting in the heart of the village of Kislingbury. It is in a secluded position, located at the end of a private gravel drive, which provides off road parking. The barn has recently been converted to an exceptionally high standard. The Sun Pub and Cromwell Cottage are within walking distance. Kislingbury is near to the M1 and Silverstone Circuit. It is an ideal base to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Cambridge, and only 50 minutes to central London by fast train.

The Bungalow at Woodcote is a private, peaceful, self contained bungalow with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large living area. There is private parking onsite. King size bed in the bedroom, & a pull out double sofa-bed in the living room. TVs have Netflix, Disney & Prime. Fast fibre broadband. We also offer a washing machine and tumble dryer. Close to restaurants, pubs and shops, and a short Uber or bus ride into the town centre. Please note ID may be asked for during check-in.
