Hot Tub-Studio/Cosy Cottage Apartment

Our cosy cottage apartment offers the perfect place to retreat to after a full day exploring. We are dog friendly and allow one dog per booking. We charge £10 per night so that’s £30 for a 3 night break and £50 for a week paid to me in cash. The lounge offers a log burner and sky tv. The kitchen is well equipped but there is no washing machine or dishwasher! There are views from the private patio down to the field. This property sits near the old farmhouse and next to other farm cottages.

Gellibant Cottage, Breathtaking Rural Retreat

Gellibant is a rural remote peaceful retreat, with breathtaking views set in its own gardens within our working mountain farm. It has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard with all mod cons, whilst remaining in keeping with its traditional features and natural charm. Gellibant has unrivalled views of beautiful Cwm Nantcol, and the dramatic Rhinog Mountains. This charming property accommodates 2-4 guests. We also have a sofa bed (small double) in the snug for 2 additional guests.

Tegfryn (Sleeps 8), 5*, Sea View, Borth y Gest

Tegfryn is located in the beautiful and unspoilt village of Borth y Gest. The semi-detached house benefits from glorious sea and mountain views and has been awarded a 5 star rating by Visit Wales. Tegfryn sleeps 8 people (plus one cot). There is spacious living accommodation downstairs with a kitchen/ diner, a front lounge, a rear sitting room and a WC. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs; two king (one with en-suite), one twin and one bunk. There is also a family bathroom located upstairs.

Mountain View Cottage is situated on the owners small farm near Porthmadog and Portmeirion. The cottage is in a peaceful rural setting, yet close to shops and other amenities. The cottage will sleep 4 and has a large living room with views towards the Ffestiniog Railway, Cnicht and the Moelwyn mountains. The cottage has recently been entirely renovated and redecorated, offering quality holiday accomodation The double bedroom is on the ground floor and the twin bedroom is upstairs

A 10 minute walk from Fairbourne with shops, pubs and it's narrow gauge steam railway, with bus and train services to take you to more local attractions in Barmouth, Dolgellau and Aberdovey.

Take it easy at this cosy getaway. A charming little cottage opposite the river Afon Erch with just a short walk to Glan y Don beach and marina. A beautiful spot with stunning views towards Snowdonia. Enjoy the stroll along a quiet stretch of sand approximately 3 miles long, described as one of the llyn peninsula's best kept secrets. A fabulous spot to explore the many treasures of the peninsula.

Beautifully presented, modern two-bedroom (sleeps 3) apartment, situated on the harbour in the picturesque seaside town of Porthmadog. With stunning views of both the harbour and the Ffestiniog Railway, this property is located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and pubs. It provides the perfect location to explore North Wales's breath-taking beaches, castles and Eryri's famous mountains.

Cosy Private Cottage Annex

Forget your worries in this homely and cosy annex. Centrally heated with a private entrance hall leading to a private double bedroom, bathroom, lounge/diner and outside patio area; all for your exclusive use during your stay. The lounge has a sofa, dining table, tv, toaster, fridge, kettle and microwave. All bedlinen and towels are provided; free wifi and parking for one car.

Centre of the Snowdonia National Park. Great walks from the building, top mountain bike track, white water canoeing, fishing, outdoor space, peace, and quiet. Set on a hillside beside a little stream, plenty of parking. Pub in the village and 10 mins drive from Betws-y-Coed. Lovely village shop open 7am - 7pm. . Totally self-contained with shower, toilet & rustic kitchen.

Sea Forever

A beautiful peaceful space with an outstanding sea view from the open plan lounge, kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area. Please be aware that this is the top apartment on the third floor, up three flights of stairs, there is no lift. For those that feel comfortable about some extra exercise on your holiday, you will be rewarded by an endless sea view!
