Woodpeckers is a private annexe attached to our house with its own entrance and private patio area with charcoal bbq. We have a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, fridge with small freezer, kettle, microwave. Tea and coffee are provided. Smart 40 inch TV in lounge with comfortable sofa/sofa bed if required. Bedroom has a kingsize ziplink bed which can be made into 2 singles if required. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.

This is a family owned Caravan. We stayed here last 2020 and we fell in love with the area. Since then, we came here at least twice a year to spend school holidays and last minute short breaks. In Sept 2022, we acquired this Caravan and we would like to share with you our favourite place. It's a home away from home. It offers almost everything that you have at your own home. There's lots of activities to do within the park or around the area.
