It is centrally located on the main seafront road, close to Hasting’s award wining new Pier and situated centrally for all amenities in Hastings & St. Leonard’s. Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. A spacious, 2 bed Victorian sea fronted apartment with floor to ceiling window views directly onto the beach. (Note: work has had to be done to the front of the building in the month of September and October 2026 so there will be scaffold if you book in these months. In the additional photos there is image of the view with the scaffold. The work is not noisy or dusty as is painting only)
