With it's own front door, you're welcome to come and go as you please. The property is on a lovely row of Victorian villas in a Conservation Area which overlooking the sea and the pier.

The Annex

A two bedroom self-contained cottage set in the East Sussex countryside, with views of the Fairlight Hall Estate and the English Channel. On a clear day you can see as far as Dungeness and the inter-lying beaches. Situated between the historic old fishing port of Hastings and the fortified hilltop town of Rye, on the A259. The Annex is next door to a family home within their established garden, to which guests have access. The nearest railway stations are Battle or Hastings.

The apartment is exceptionally spacious, with light and airy decor and a selection of original artwork. It is a wonderful space to relax, admire the sea views and watch the world go by. Great access to the station, shops, Old Town & St Leonards. A separate door from the main house, so you can have your privacy but can be on hand if you need us. or just need directions to the fantastic eclectic shops, bars & restaurants. Beautiful park 2 mins & beach 10 min walk.
