Bedroom with double bed, kitchenette, living room with smart tv and DVD player, sofa bed if you wish to use (notice needed for extra bedding) . Shower room down a step. Private entrance down iron staircase, self check in by lockbox. Not suitable for those with mobility issues due to stairs. Children only by supervision. Well behaved dogs allowed, please notify. The high ceilings and large windows create a spacious feel and plenty of light even on a rainy day. Free parking is available. The flat is situated centrally, only a 2-minute walk from the St. Warrior Square train station, close to the beach and the town's best eateries, art galleries, and junk and antique shops. Hastings is near - all you need is within walking distance.

Stunning sea view apartment

Lovely shabby chic style , first floor 1 bed apartment located on the seafront in St.Leonards on Sea. Close to local galleries , restaurants and antiques shops, recently re-opened Kino cinema that originally existed in 1920's. Hastings Pier 10 min walk from the apartment. It's only 20 min walk going along the seafront boulevard to Hastings and slightly further along the Old Town of Hastings and plenty of fishermongers by the Jerwood Gallery. There is so much to do and see in the area.
