Right on the seafront in St Leonards, this cosy, stylish apartment has bold colour, mid-century touches and a relaxed, boutique feel. Seconds from the beach, Goat Ledge and independent cafés, it’s a perfect retreat for sunrise swims, coastal walks and exploring St Leonard’s and Hastings restaurants, vintage shops, galleries and music scene. Like many old seafront buildings, the shared hallway is a bit tired and awaiting improvements, but the flat itself is spotless, secure and exactly as shown.

It is centrally located on the main seafront road, close to Hasting’s award wining new Pier and situated centrally for all amenities in Hastings & St. Leonard’s.
