A newly built house located in Lennox. We are around the corner from LAX (2.5 miles), and The Forum/ SoFi stadium (3 miles). We're in the heart of the south bay minutes away from the beach and many tourist areas. The house is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom perfect for getaways with family or friends. Each bedroom easily accommodates two people. The backyard is large and gated for privacy, and has a Bar-B-Q Grill (maintained by guest) with table and chairs. Smoking is allowed in the backyard. Washer and dryer with laundry detergent. Easy access to Freeways, local beaches, and Golf course mins away.
