Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. 19th century cottage with sea views in Emsworth

Overlooking the water and built around 1850 our semi-detached cottage has stunning views of Emsworth harbour. It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. It's a five minute walk into the heart of Emsworth where you will find an abundance of restaurants pubs and coffee shops, butchers/fishmonger and greengrocers. There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.

The Beach House is a cosy, self contained, nautical themed one-bedroom annexe situated within a two minute walk to the lovely beach at Hill Head. The annexe has been newly decorated and comes with private parking. The property provides easy access to surrounding areas such as Lee-on-Solent and Portsmouth and is ideally situated for walkers being on the England Coastal path and close to the South Downs Way. Families welcome, property sleeps 3-4 with sofa bed in lounge area. Dogs welcome.
