Beach Bungalow Studio with Cozy Patio

This studio style bungalow is located in the heart of Bronte close to public transport, the beautiful beaches of the eastern suburbs (Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte & Clovelly including the world-famous Bondi-Bronte coastal walk!) as well as being a 2min walk to great cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Fitted out with modern decor & finishes it feels both warm & inviting as well as having a designer feel. In addition, there is under-floor heating ensuring warmth through the cooler winter months, as well as air-conditioning and a fan for the warmer weather. We live on the same property (separate house) and are available for anything our guests may need. We have 2 young active boys so you may occasionally hear them playing but your space is accessed by the rear lane-way and we do not share your living space so it’s very private - all our guests comment on how very quiet it is, which is due to the location on a rear laneway rather than a main road with traffic. The only traffic that enters the lane is for the residents of our street. We leave you to do your own thing, however are very happy to assist whenever required. Bronte is among the most beautiful suburbs of Sydney, with beautiful beaches and parks yet a short drive to the heart of the CBD. Bronte has an array of fabulous cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The home is also near Bondi Beach. Yes, there is bus transport just a short 2min walk from the bungalow. Car-park right outside the front door (free) - not common in the eastern suburbs of Sydney! Walk to the Beach from a Leafy Paradise in Mosman

This modern 75sqm self contained apartment is part of a luxury home with its own private entrance. It has one bedroom with built in wardrobe and desk. The Living area is combined living dining and kitchenette leading to a large outside deck. Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas with direct access to Chinamans Beach & Rosherville Reserve from the outside deck. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. The house is steps away from a beach in Sydney’s Middle Harbor and near Rosherville Reserve, a quiet park with picnic areas. Surrounded by national parks and great walking tracks, Mosman offers beautiful scenery and views of Sydney Harbor. Located 5min drive to Mosman cafes and shops or a 10min leisurely stroll to Balmoral Beach. Just a short walk to the bus stop for a 20min bus into Sydney CBD or 20mins bus to Manly Beach. If walking is not your thing, Mosman Council has a free courtesy bus available and you can find the timetable at http://mosmanrider.net/ The kitchenette comes equipped with a fridge, microwave / oven, induction hot plate, toaster, jug and necessities. On the outside deck there is an electric barbecue. If you require an additional bedroom this can be arranged .There is an additional guest room on the same level across the courtyard. This 1930's art deco building has a lift and an amazing rooftop terrace with pool and fantastic views of Sydney harbour. If you have an early flight you’re welcome to drop off your luggage earlier and make use of the shower and bathroom in my massage studio next door in 502. This service is also available for luggage storage after check out.

Take a ferry ride with a cup of coffee to the city, listen to the lions roar in the zoo with a French glass of wine in the garden are just few of the lovely activities while staying at our BnB. Staying in a historic home with modern finishes and comfortable provincial styling is the perfect base to explore the city of Sydney and return to a quiet retreat at night. Garden Studio in Ashfield

Hello from the hosts of the Garden Studio! If the dates you need accommodation for show as unavailable, send us an inquiry anyway as we may be able to host you. The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and kettle) and a full bathroom. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ashfield Station, and a 12 minute train ride into the city.

Nestled in between Bronte and Bondi beaches, Tamarama Beach is a great location to enjoy Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs beaches, ocean pools, cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. If you prefer ocean pools, head to Bronte or the famous Icebergs Club overlooking iconic Bondi Beach and do some laps or enjoy the sun.
