Heacham Hideaway

A unique holiday home, self contained with own kitchen and bathroom. Located within gardens of hosts home with outdoor seating and BBQ for your use. Located within Heacham, 20 minute walk to beach, some free parking. Hunstanton, Sandringham Estate, Holkham Hall and Wells next to the Sea, all within a few miles. All basics are provided dishwashing stuff, shower gel, shampoo soap Twin beds can be pushed together into a double. Fridge, Combi Oven, Hob,Toaster, Kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

Unique beach house next to sea, lake and RSPB

A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddle boarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

Great location for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. One bed annex with shower room and a sofa bed in living area for one adult or child . There is a small pantry unit with microwave/toaster/fridge/coffee machine/kettle, there is NO full kitchen so no sink/cooker. Walking distance to Heacham beach. Hunstanton Town with beach & fairground a 5 min drive. Norfolk Lavender field, Tesco Express has a cash machine. Burnham Market, Titchwell for birdwatching short ride around the coast.

A spacious 1 bed cottage in the heart of the Norfolk village of Snettisham. The Rose and Crown pub which serves delicious home cooked food and fine ales is close by. The Old Bank restaurant which is listed in the Michelin guide is also within strolling distance and the village store is just around the corner. Cranston Cottage is perfect for couples. Self contained annexe with minimal cooking facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (smart TV), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed, (smart TV) sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

The Wendy House a retro 1960s chalet by the sea

The Wendy House: a traditional 1960s cedar wood chalet that was renovated in 2017. Beautifully furnished in a luxurious yet 'Wendy House' style. Magical for children. Stuffed full of lovely vintage things. It is situated in a very sunny corner of a quiet family run site, 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Near great pubs, perfect after a beach walk. Warm and cosy. No WiFi have a detox: talk, walk, play games, re-charge, rest... I really do try and make it special for you, come and stay :)

The bus stop is 50 yards away, and you can get round the coast, or into the town of Kings Lynn very easily and join the network rail system. Walking distance to pubs/hotel nearby or Heacham Lavender fields and many activities.

A newly renovated stylish, modem semi detached 2 bedroom holiday home. Offers a double room and twin room, both with Smart TVs and a family bathroom upstairs with shower. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with another smart TV, separate utility/cloakroom and downstairs loo. Outside there is a patio area with seating and shed for bicycle storage. A private drive offers room for 2 cars. Sorry no pets.
