Studio in Georgian townhouse with parking

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Great location for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. One bed annex with shower room and a sofa bed in living area for one adult or child . There is a small pantry unit with microwave/toaster/fridge/coffee machine/kettle, there is NO full kitchen so no sink/cooker. Walking distance to Heacham beach. Hunstanton Town with beach & fairground a 5 min drive. Norfolk Lavender field, Tesco Express has a cash machine. Burnham Market, Titchwell for birdwatching short ride around the coast.

Self contained annexe with minimal cooking facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (TV/dvd player), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches. Takeaways and pub restaurants locally.

Relax and enjoy your special holiday in this bright and cheerful home near to the beach and sea, in the lovely village of Heacham. Clean, cosy and warm, this modern cottage is situated within a 3 minute walk from a Supermarket or 2 minute drive to the beach. The bus stop is 50 yards away, and you can get round the coast, or into the town of Kings Lynn very easily and join the network rail system. Walking distance to pubs/hotel nearby or Heacham Lavender fields and many activities.

Situated on the outskirts of the historic village of castle rising, 5 miles from Sandringham, this idyllic peaceful cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a pleasant retreat. The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

Leisure facilities inc swimming pool (charge) clubhouse restaurant/ bar (closes 15 Nov to 13 Mar). Free Wifi. Children's play area and launderette. ​​​

The Bakery Annex @ Sweetbriar Cottage - a charming, calm and cosy rural haven; pleasant for a holiday break at any time of the year. Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.
