Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. Beach front accommodation in Lossiemouth, with stunning views across east beach and estuary. Close to all amenities, bars, restaurants, shops, golf courses. The guest suite is on ground floor, double room, bathroom, large living room which includes a double sofa bed. Access to decking area with views across the beach. Tea & Coffee facilities with fridge & microwave oven. Included in your stay is fresh milk & home bakes. One well behaved dog is welcome. Pet fee will be added at time of booking.

Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Here you will find bespoke shopping, restaurants along with the historic Priory.

Stunning Edinburgh 1820s stables converted studio

The Green sits within Ratho Park Steading: a stunning Scottish courtyard stable (built 1826; converted 2021). It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. Rooms are stylishly furnished (with wifi), and proudly eco-friendly (ground source heated). *The Vicarage Annexe, Carlton, North Yorks 1BR S/C

The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Enjoy a relaxing stay at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in the South Loch Ness area only minutes from the local village of Dores and only 10 miles from the City of Inverness, ideal for exploring the Highlands. The garden and immediate area is rich in plant life and is frequently visited by wildlife and a great variety of birds. There are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling with fantastic views over Loch Ness. The property has its own private patio and hot tub.
