Nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans ce superbe appartement NEUF de 70m2 de surface habitable comprenant 30m2 de terrasses en rez de jardin et 2 parkings privatifs. Il y a 2 chambres, 3 grands lits, 3 smart tv jusqu’à 6 personnes. La chambre verte est équipée d’un lit électrique de 160cm par 200cm. La chambre bleue comprend au choix: 2 lits jumeaux électriques de 80 cm ou un grand lit double de 160cm. Le salon comprend un canapé en cuir convertible haute de gamme de 160 cm par 200cm.

Ein Essbereich für 6 Personen und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Inklusive WLAN, SmartTV. Ein KOSTENLOSer öffentlicher Parkplatz neben dem Haus. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Hauptstadt. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Ich bin als Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar da ich im gleichen Gebäude wohne.

Set into the rocks of the valley in a delightful tree lined courtyard of a historical building, currently hosting a recently renovated restaurant. The apartment is within close walking distance of many of the popular touristic sites, restaurants and nightlife. We provide all bed linen, towels etc, with tea and coffee as well. Important: There is no possibility to register in local commune during your stay. Address is blocked for this purpose as it's short term stay. In case of prolongation/ longer term stay a regular contract with registration is optional. It's located in a newly renovated duplex. It’s on the top floor and separated from the rest of the apartment which guarantees you privacy.
