Friendly luxury holiday home Ameland 2-8P (new)

Beautiful atmospheric thatched 8-person holiday home with air conditioning throughout, a nice fireplace, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with sauna and bubble bath. There is a lovely spacious enclosed garden with lounge set, sun loungers, garden furniture and bbq. There is a lovely play lawn for the children, and there are many bunnies walking around. Experience Ameland at its best. Our house and the entire interior were completely renovated in November 2021. The house is a semi-detached house.

Ons vakantiehuis is gelegen op de prachtigste en rustigste plek aan de rand van recreatiepark 'De Krim' met uitzicht op de 18-holes golfbaan en de duinen van Texel. Dit huis is in 2015 volledig verbouwd en gerenoveerd en biedt veel luxe en comfort en is heerlijk vertoeven zowel in de zomer als winter periode. * Veiliger is altijd eerst een bericht te sturen voor boeking. Luxurious dune villa close to the beach&lighthouse

Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Het Friese Gevoel

Een heerlijk 8 persoons huis met een grote tuin. Geniet van de verschillende zitjes met weids uitzicht. Relaxen in de hottub of sauna om daarna een wijntje te drinken bij de buitenkachel of vuurschaal. Benut in de avond de huisbar terwijl je buiten de BBQ aanhebt ( overdekt) Er is mogelijkheid om te gaan "thuiswerken" in het kantoor/serre. Een ideaal huis voor een groter gezin of met andere koppels om Friesland te verkennen. Niet voor vrijgezellen groepen en feesten. Zie "Het Friese Gevoel".

Unser Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Wasser und bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Ihr Boot an einem 16 m langem, privaten Steg anzulegen. Durch die Südlage des Grundstücks liegt der Garten den ganzen Tag in der Sonne. Die neue, moderne Küche beinhaltet einen Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Gas-Herd, Backofen sowie Mikrowelle. Liebe Gäste, leider wurde ich für 2026 gezwungen, die Preise um 12% zu erhöhen, da die Regierung die USt. von 9% auf 21 % erhöht hat. Ich hoffe, Ihr kommt trotzdem ALLE wieder.

Villa Maison Mer can accommodate up to 6 guests. The house is located directly by the water, has a jetty and invites you to relax in the sun on the large terrace. From here you have a unique view of the IJsselmeer. Whether you like to go fishing directly from your own jetty, kiting, windsurfing on the IJsselmeer or boating. Everyone will be happy in this family-friendly park. In the colder seasons you can relax in the in-house sauna or sit comfortably in front of the fireplace.

Deze is direct gelegen aan een haven met eigen aanlegsteiger op slechts 5 minuten varen van het Heegermeer en de uitgestrekte Fluessen. De zeer ruime, moderne en lichte woning geeft toegang tot terrassen die rondom de eigen haven liggen en met prachtig uitzicht op de charmante jachthaven van Heeg. Een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor watersporten, fietsen/wandelen en gezellige dorpjes.

Deze nieuwe (2023) rietgedekte villa's van Wetterhaghe hebben een prachtige vrij uitzicht over de Poelen, de Weisleat, midden in het Friese meren gebied. De duurzame villa’s hebben een eigen aanlegsteiger met eventueel een prachtige 8 persoons elektrosloep! De sloep is beschikbaar tussen 1 april en 1 november. Even naar het dorp varen voor een borrel of 's ochtends naar de bakker voor verse broodjes. Maar ook een dagtocht over de Friese meren is een stille sensatie!

The house has two luxurious bathrooms, including a bathroom with whirlpool, a beautiful open kitchen with spacious living room with cinema (85 inch TV). Outside you can relax in a wood-fired hot tub and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
