It has 3 BR and 2 BA(1King, 2Queens). You can see some mountains from the hot tub during winter. We have fast internet, a kitchenette, washer-dryer. ~30 minutes away from the Lookout mountains and the Red Rocks. Parking is available in the driveway/street. We live in the upper half. No need to take out trash at check out.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

Located just minutes away from the DTC area, shopping, dining, and walking trails, the studio is also within walking distance of the light rail and easy access to the highway. It's the perfect place to rest your head after a hard day of work or travel. Our studio has a queen-sized bed, a fridge, a microwave, and complimentary coffee. Full bath and TV with cables. Access to a pool (the pool is opened between Memorial Day to Labor Day). Free Parking.

Hangers and hand steamer available in dresser. Private entrance and lockbox allow guests to come and go as they please. Parking available in driveway. 420 friendly outside the house (no smoking or vaping inside).
