Relaxing Brewers Bolt Shepherds Hut Hot Tub

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Nestled in a little Oasis in Northampton, this is the perfect place to unwind! Designed with comfort in mind, this handmade Shepherds Hut comes with air fryer, log burner, dining space, private decking and garden and fully operational bathroom with lovely hot shower! This is unlike any other Shepherds Hut, with a retro steam punk vibe, plush cushions and comfy bed, you won't want to leave! We are dog friendly, however the garden is not 100% secure.

The Barn. Hot tub optional extra.

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

‘Santina’ Shepherd's Hut with hot tub & open views

Santina is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! Positioned in a field behind our farmhouse, the shepherd hut is surrounded by farm land. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'details to note' re cost) or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

A fully refurbished self contained loft apartment We can offer either super king or twin beds dependant upon your requirements (Please confirm upon booking) Private staircase, decked balcony, open plan living, aircon/heating, TV, armchairs & breakfast bar/table. Kitchen includes combi oven, ceramic hob and fridge . Bedroom offers aircon/heating, TV and double glazed window looking onto open views. Modern en suite bathroom includes a spacious walk in shower fresh towels & basic toiletries.

Lovely, four bedroomed thatched cottage, surrounded by beautiful countryside, pretty villages and endless walks. Close to Bedford, Milton Keynes and Woburn. Great transport links to London. Cottage is spacious and full of unique period features. Kitted out with all the facilities you’d expect, including strong Wi-Fi, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful gardens for Al fresco dining or peaceful reflection. Comfortable beds, all equipped with electric blankets.

Spacious, characterful and cosy barn conversion next door to our cottage in a lovely rural north Bedfordshire village. A large comfortable living room with log burner and a kitchen stocked with all the food essentials for breakfast including home made bread. The bedroom is spacious and there's a luxury shower room. Private access is via a side gate and separate private entrance. Lovely village pubs and a shop are a short stroll away and lots of other great places to eat are nearby

The Secret Corner

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.

The Old School House Annexe, Irchester

Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs or young children.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Charming and peaceful village location. Self catering annexe, perfect for one or two people. Adjoining, yet separate to the main house, the Pavilion is so-called as the garden was once the village bowling green. Delightful views of National Trust Tudor dovecote and stables. A perfect base for riverside walks, cycling and water sports. Mainline train stations Bedford and Sandy are 15 minutes drive away.

Situated on the fringe of a picturesque North Bedfordshire village, Middle Cottage is perfect for a peaceful breakaway. The Annexe is a newly built detached, spacious one bedroom bungalow. It is very private and set in the midst of almost 2.5 acres of garden with it's own hot tub. Small - Medium size, well behaved dogs are welcome. Free on site parking. Located approx 10/15 mins from Silverstone and between the pretty Northamptonshire villages of Blisworth and Stoke Bruerne, this is the perfect place to explore the surrounding countryside.
