It has its own entrance and sits above the garage for great views of the creek, Intracoastal Waterway beyond, and sunrises each morning. The Cozy Cabin is close to Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington, Airlie Gardens, nightlife, the airport, and parks. It is bright, spacious, and full of custom touches and amenities. For kayakers, a dock and access to the water are within steps.

You will be 2 miles from Novant Health NHRMC main campus making it ideal for travel nurses or healthcare professionals. A very quiet neighborhood - surrounding a country club. You’ll have a private guest suite, complete with queen size comfy bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, 48” smart TV, mini split AC/Heat unit, and shared laundry machines. The suite is near to restaurants, shops, museum and cross-city trail walking path! I'm a Novant nurse and will give a Novant Health travel nurse discount!

Easy 10-minute walk or very short bike ride to the beach, bars, restaurants, coffee, shopping, and ice cream!

The historic river walk is always a crowd pleaser. The owner lives in the back unit and is available if any issues arise during your stay. They’re also on hand to care for the animals on the property, ensuring everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy your visit.”

It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!
