Elmden is a beautiful two bedroom cottage set back off of the historic market town high street of Buntingford. A real hidden gem, full of period features. Stained glass, brick floor and exposed beams throughout the cottage. Our charming and cosy cottage is around half an hour from Cambridge and Saffron Walden. With ample scenic countryside walks and bridle ways on our doorstop, you're truly spoilt for choice. *We now use an Electrostatic Sprayer to disinfect all surface and soft furnishings. *

Ashwell has a wealth of architecture with a 14th century church & museum, freshwater springs, 3 pubs, shops & galleries.

The Byre at Cold Christmas

Escape to the country and stay in a cosy converted barn with a log burning stove and a secluded sunny patio area with outdoor dining and barbeque. Positioned in the beautiful countryside near Ware town, Cold Christmas has an abundance of lovely walks and is conveniently situated close to Hanbury Manor and Fanhams Hall, both of which offer a variety of amenities including a golf course, health spa and fine dining. Maltons, one of the area's finest restaurants is just at the end of the lane.

Black Squirrel Barn, luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath barn

Black Squirrel Barn is a converted 3 bed 2 bath barn. It is completely self contained so you have your privacy but I am close by to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious yet homely with cosy underfloor heating downstairs. Close by are two lovely pubs with fab food. You can also find a little post office within 5 mins walk. There are many countryside walks and cycle paths running from the house yet the A1M is minutes away. A PET CONSIDERED BY REQUEST ONLY BEFORE BOOKING (£20 per week)

A perfect location for a quiet country get-away, amongst fields, lakes and country pubs in a peaceful Bedfordshire village, within walking distance to Shuttleworth Vintage Aeroplane Collection and air displays. Also within easy reach of the beautiful, historic cities of Cambridge and St Albans while London is a 35 minute train journey from the local station. Significant sites of Knebworth, Hatfield House and Bletchley Park all close by. A perfect mix of peace, interest and convenience.

A peaceful, warm (twin skinned and insulated) and bright self-contained cabin set in a secluded mature garden and surrounded by beautiful countryside views. The Cabin has a shabby chic antique vibe. Whilst It is in a rural location, the cabin provides close access to London by both train (29-minutes to London St Pancras) and car (A1(M)) along with a short drive to the local market towns of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and the large town of Stevenage. Spacious 3 bed house with off-road parking, ideal for a family or contractors. Plenty of storage with a private garden. Walking distance to local shops, a bakery, butchers and chemist. There's a variety of takeaways including Indian, Chinese as well as fish and chips. The house is positioned on the edge of Oughtonhead Common, a beautiful, peaceful nature reserve. A walk alongside the River Oughton offers the chance to spot wildlife and relax at the end of the day.

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed, towels, guest robes, slippers, also we can provide a travel cot & hi chair if requested. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal waste bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras.

Nearly a century old, children call it “The Witches House” and we haven't changed it's magic. A mezzanine provides the main bedroom, a little window overlooks the lawns. Downstairs is a log burning stove, a sofa/double bed, and all facilities needed. French doors open to a patio over the river and woodland views. 40 minutes from London and you're in another world.
