In the grounds of Pirton Court within an AONB, and with alpacas, miniature pigs and chickens in the nearby paddock, the Studio at Pirton Court, is a gem. Overlooking the wonderful countryside of Hertfordshire yet within a short walk of two Public Houses, a local shop and Post Office. The accommodation is furnished to a very high standard, with modern amenities including a well equipped kitchen and wet room with WC. Icknield Way and the Chiltern Cycleway can be accessed adjacent to Pirton Court.

The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. The house has a high end kitchen and bathrooms, with cosy living areas and bedrooms. Your stay can be filled with cooking, games, reading from the expansive book shelves, watching movies from the projector and sipping wine in front of the open fire, there will be plenty of wood left for your long weekend or week. If you want to leave the house the town is 1 minute walk.

Tyburn Barn is a luxury barn conversion located in pulloxhill, a small village in Central Beds. There is excellent walking, cycling, country pubs and places to visit close by. The Barn is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The self contained accommodation consists of one double bed fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with seating area. It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.

The studio is a bright and cosy, modern space which is a self-contained conversion on the side of our house with a private entrance and free parking just outside. The airbnb is a 12 minute walk from Hitchin Train Station. Perfect for London commuters, it is also ideal for couples or solo travellers, family visits, business travel etc. You can check-in from 4pm on Monday-Friday. Check-in time on Saturday and Sunday is at 2.30pm. Parking is free for your entire stay, 7 days a week.
