Excellent road links to the A3 Hogsback, M3, Guildford, Farnham & the Surrey Hills National Landscape area, & train link to Portsmouth & London, just a 5 min drive away in Ash.

A short drive to numerous National Trust estates & Surrey wedding venues. A 12 minute walk to Godalming station, with frequent trains into London Waterloo taking approx 45 minutes.

Newly refurbished studio flat with driveway parking, close to Guildford town centre. King size bed, fitted kitchen with oven/microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, and bathroom with power shower. We are located about in a very quiet area, yet just a few minutes drive away from Guildford town centre. Our garden borders the North Downs way so great for walkers. Private entrance (up a flight of stairs), and parking behind electric gates. Milk, tea coffee etc, and anything else you require.

Located in the heart of the historic village of Puttenham, the cottage has direct access to miles of countryside walks , and a lovely village pub, while being only a 10 minute drive to Guildford or Godalming town centres The cottage has a private bedroom and en suite shower room, a full kitchen and a living room with dedicated work space and fast WiFi.

Guildford has so much to offer all year round and our property is an absolute gem quietly tucked away right in the heart of it all! Free private parking is available for one car, but you can walk, train, bus or taxi everywhere very easily.

Little Willow - town centre gem with parking

Little Willow is set in our walled garden and is a self contained annex to our home. It was completed in October 2020. It has a bedroom/sitting room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a smart tv. There is also a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hob and fridge. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.
