北海道ニセコにある廃校の小学校を改装した、ビストロフレンチレストランと素泊まり宿です。 正面には昆布岳、背景にアンヌプリを望むことができる、最高な景色の中にあります。 山の閑静な雰囲気の中でくつろいで頂けるロッヂです。 スキー場までは車で10分程度です。バスはありません。周囲には徒歩で行けるスーパーやレストラン、温泉などはありませんので、マイカーやレンタカーが必要となります。送迎サービスはありませんので、特に冬季は車のご用意がない方の宿泊は大変申し訳ありませんがお断りしております。 貸し切りロッヂではありません。 最大10名様の宿泊が可能な宿ですが、このリスティングでは7名様までの受付をしています。 寝室以外のスペースは他のお客様と共有して頂く場合もあります。 寝室は利用人数に応じて使用して頂く部屋を指定させて頂きますので、部屋割りにご希望があればリクエスト時にお知らせ下さ。 併設しているビストロフレンチでは、地元の食材を使用した本格的ビストロ料理が施設内でお楽しみいただけます。（レストランのご利用は別途予約が必要です。予めお知らせ下さい)

The Sekka Ni 1 studio apartment is part of the three-unit Sekka Ni building in Hirafu Village, Niseko. The studio is close to restaurants and bars and accessible to year-round outdoor activities. Compact and well-equipped, the studio includes a queen-size bed, screened kitchenette, dining area, large bathroom and dry room. Ski slope shuttle services to Annapuri, Hirafu and Hanazono are available from 8am to 10:00am and from 2:00pm to 3:30pm, during the winter season.

Near Lake Toya (20 min.), onsen and lots of nature

Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just about a 2-minute drive from the Date highway exit. Datemombetsu Station can be reached in around 7 minutes by car. With a 10–15 minute walk, you can get to the city center, where you’ll find supermarkets and restaurants of all kinds (ramen, sushi kaiten, izakaya, and various fast-food places). From April to November, we provide bicycles free of charge, which you can use to get around the city.
