Twenty minutes to RDU Airport, five minutes to Duke's East Campus and ten minutes to West Campus, we are an easy walk to a range of locally-owned restaurants. Lovely, light-filled apartment has a bedroom, full kitchen and living area, bathroom, private entrance, and patio with seating. Occasionally, we may have first-floor space available at extra cost. You can expect this to be your home-away-from-home with all the practicalities and necessities taken care of. Popular for shorter stays, but more than suitable for longer stays, with ample storage, a combo W/D, compact D/W, and dedicated HVAC system. Amazing location!
