This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. We are pleased to offer our brick and flint cottage situated in the popular town of Holt. The cottage believed to date to 1780 has wide oak floorboards and sash windows overlooking neighbouring other houses. The cottage is within the town centre which offers many charming shops, restaurants, galleries and coffee shops. A great location with easy access to Sheringham town centre, the beach is within 1 mile, and the beautiful woodland at Pretty Corner is a super nature trail with excellent walks, making it perfect for hikers, dogs or just a fun place for kids to run around.

The Holt House if perfectly situated for guests to enjoy short breaks or longer holidays. It's a short drive from the North Norfolk coast.
