This one bedroom cottage boasts the only balcony fronting the market place in this Georgian gem of a town where you can breakfast on your private terrace as you watch everyone’s comings and going’s. With it’s own entrance from Fish Hill the flat is exquisitely furnished; yours to enjoy.

It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.
