Restored Pump House on Country Estate

The Pump House is situated on a working estate in West Sussex. Formerly the Pump House to an old manor house, it has just been transformed in to a luxury 2 bedroom holiday cottage with an additional sleeping loft. It's the perfect romantic getaway or family bolthole. Every effort has been made to maintain the original character of the building by using reclaimed and sustainably sourced materials and local craftsmen. Located at the end of a private drive, the Pump House is a home away from home.

The Comfy Gatwick Annex

Check-in anytime after 3pm. Our guest house is freshly built in 2025. It's a very peaceful area near Gatwick Airport with lovely neighbours. Bus stop is 1 minute away. It takes from 10 mins to get to/from the train station and from 12 mins to/from the Gatwick Airport. - sockets with USBs, don't need to worry about adaptors :) - free coffee/tea on the kitchen - big garden - Wifi - free parking - smoke-free home - EV charger (if you want to use it we charge 35p/kw just to cover electricity)

Cristina’s Modern

New 1 bed annex flat accommodation with no communal area shared by others, located in a peaceful place where you can spend a nice time before or after your journey. We provide 43” smart TV (Netflix), free superfast Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, toaster, kettle. We provide a single sofa bed which can be converted into a single bed on request. Check-in: self check in with the lockbox located on the right side of the wall once you enter the side gate.

Gatwick Hideaway Hut

Our boutique Shepherds Hut is newly built and designed for cosy stays. Situated in a beautiful rural setting with its own cottage garden, whilst only being a stones throw away from London Gatwick airport.  The hut features a main living area with a kitchenette, dining area, a cosy double bed, a second bedroom with a small double and a private bathroom. It has been carefully designed to offer all the facilities that you would need whilst giving you a unique relaxing and private experience.

The Barn

Boutique Barn in quiet rural location, separate to main house, with off-street parking and own entrance. Very comfortable accommodation with living/dining room, separate kitchen with combination microwave oven and a ceramic hob for preparing simple meals and coffee machine. Situated in excellent location surrounded by National Trust land with its excellent country walks. Local pubs for all-day dining within easy distance. Easy access to Gatwick Airport and Redhill mainline train station.

The Gatwick Cabin With Airport Parking Available

Beautiful cabin located 1 mile from Gatwick airport. Private gated facility. Perfect for overnight stays for 1/2 people. Parking included Extra parking is also available during your holiday at a separate cost ( £5/6 per day ) King size bed, good sized/comfy living space ( with wifi and smart tv ) with a small kitchen, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, toaster. ( No stove or oven ) Air conditioning and heating Fully functional bathroom/shower and separate luggage storage.

Ideally situated 5 mins from Gatwick Airport, exclusive use of a modern mobile home. Free parking for two cars (for duration of stay at home) Modern 3 bed (master bed with en-suite toilet / sink) mobile home, fully fitted kitchen etc she can sleep 8, the single beds are fairly small as in pictures. Just 14 minutes from Gatwick Airport/Station & the Express into London takes only 30 minutes, yet the Barn is set in open countryside, surrounded by fields, on an Equestrian property

Garden Pavilion

A lovely, fully self contained Garden Pavilion in a very pretty garden. Superb location with Gatwick Airport being only a ten minute drive and a 3 minute train journey. Horley station provide fast access to London, Brighton and the Midlands. Car parking is also available. Horley town centre, supermarkets, cafes and pubs are all within walking distance. It is also a great base for visiting the local area in and around Surrey and Sussex.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Lodge 1.5 miles from Gatwick gated driveway

Please come and stay at our light, comfortable and spacious Lodge. Ideal for families travelling from Gatwick as less than 1 mile away. Also good for work accommodation with a secure driveway for vans. There is parking right in front of the lodge in a secure gated driveway set in woodlands.
