Luxury Woodland Shepherds Hut & Romantic Hot Tub

Escape to your own little bit of luxury in the stunning Surrey Hills, conveniently about an hour from London, and stay in one of our two gorgeous shepherd's huts. We are located near the village of Headley near Box Hill, so you can enjoy beautiful countryside walks, whilst staying in a luxury hut with modern facilities like high speed wifi! Dog friendly (extra fee). We have a wood fired couples hot tub and can supply grazing platters, perfect for birthdays, anniversaries and special nights away!

The Summerhouse is a modern barn conversion located on the Flagpole Cottage estate with the main house dating back to 1650 in quaint and friendly Tandridge Village. The Summerhouse has a private entrance with magnificent views over the country side from the floor to ceiling windows, yet only 20 miles from London. Open plan living with sleeping arrangements on the mezzanine and ground floor sofa bed. WiFi (75Mb fibre) and secure parking (24/7 outdoor CCTV) is free. Private terrace on the back.

The Drey, a pretty cabin in Surrey Hills AONB.

A luxurious, comfortable cabin under a mature oak tree at the bottom of a country garden. Wake up to wildlife on the terrace, watch the sunset by the fire, and fall asleep under star filled skies. Enjoy the BBQ or walk across the road to the cosy pub with fantastic food. Perfect for a romantic stay for two, or up to four guests with a comfortable sofa bed. Follow the mile long farm track (access for one car only) and escape to our beautiful tranquil setting, surrounded by fields and forest. If you are a nature lover, this is your paradise! The only guests you will see are our 4-legged friends; deer wander through the garden, horses graze peacefully behind, foxes come for supper at night. The beautiful St Leonards Forest is within walking distance, ideal for dog walkers and cyclists. Whilst nearby sits the bustling market town of Horsham.

Nestled in the Surrey hills there are miles of gorgeous walks quite literally on the doorstep.

Coldharbour Farmhouse

Coldharbour Farmhouse is a seventeenth century thatched cottage. It is the perfect place for a holiday in the heart of the Sussex, High Weald AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty). Nestled in a secluded spot, there are many walks in the local area. You will have the whole house and large garden to yourself with ample parking in the drive. It is a 2 minute drive from the village of Turners Hill. Located 35 miles from central London, 10 minutes south of Gatwick.

The Potting Shed is a family-run luxury guest house in a newly converted outbuilding (old potting shed!) offering guests a fusion of traditional country life with the comforts of all the mod-cons. WiFi is also available. The area is fully fenced around the Bothy for your dog’s safety should you wish to bring your four legged friend.
