This is a one-of-a-kind find. It's the entire main-level of a home on the edge of endless nature, yet close enough to Fort Collins/CSU to drive there in 20-minutes. It's a hand crafted home with lots of character. Complete with gas fireplace, steam room, bidet, patio and incredible hiking access! Owner lives in the upper level year round and is always handy with recommendations for fun entertainment etc.. Short term boat/trailer parking allowed and is just a 2-minute drive from the boat ramp!

Winter or summer, Horsetooth Reservoir is a great place for your getaway! You'll love the relaxing atmosphere here! The Reservoir is just yards away for boating, skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and fishing in the summer! Winter offers a peaceful reprieve from a busy world! Enjoy beautiful trails in the adjacent Soderberg Open Space! Large, well-stocked kitchen! Weber grill! Outdoor gas firepit! Hot tub! Loads of parking! Old Towne is 8 miles away for excellent food & shopping!

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Enjoy a private getaway for 2 with wood-burning stove (MUST bring firewood), indoor dining/cooking area with 2-burner propane stove (propane provided), sleeping loft, outdoor sitting area with propane gas grill. NO electricity or running water. Outdoor shower stall with two 5-gallon solar heated shower bags. Bring towels. Outhouse nearby. Bring food & ice. Well water provided from spigot at main cabin. Cot available UPON REQUEST in advance - prior arrival. NO CAMPFIRES OR USE OF ANY FIREPITS.
