Guests enjoy their own private gated haven with the most incredible view of the wild field that adjoins our property. The outdoor area offers cooking amenities and an al fresco dining space. The Cottage is a delightful property in the heart of the Sussex countryside. Situated in the village of Ardingly the property is located in the centre of the village. Guests can use one bedroom and have exclusive use of the rest of the cottage which benefits from its own private garden and patio area. The cottage is 20 minutes from Gatwick and 10 minutes from Haywards Heath Railway Station. Local attractions include the South of England Showground, Wakehurst Place & The Bluebell Railway.

Cabin in the Woods

Self-contained oak cabin with double bed, shower and kitchenette. Tucked in amongst the trees on the edge of woodland at the back of our semi-rural property, the cabin has a private deck area with views across the neighbour's field where sheep and horses graze. You may also see deer and rabbits and be serenaded by tawny owls in the evening. Good WiFi. Walking distance of the South of England showground, Wakehurst Place, local pubs and close to Ardingly College. Breakfast included.

Hindleap studio is a ground floor bed sitting room with en-suite shower room and kitchenette. Private off-street parking. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the quiet setting is a short stroll to our local pub which serves great food. With plenty of local walks and visitor attractions nearby such as steam railways, vineyards, national trust properties and quaint villages. Own transport is needed, although the local bus connects to Haywards Heath and East Grinstead.

In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.
