It is located in the heart of Paris, in the Marais district, on Rue du Temple—one of the oldest streets in the city—with an exceptional view of Temple Square. The apartment is perfectly designed for a loving couple, a writer, or a businessperson in search of inspiration and stimulation in life. Disposant d'une petite cours intérieur pleine de charme, vous profiterez du calme de cet appartement tout en étant à deux pas, à pieds des principaux lieux et activités parisiennes. Un grand dressing est mis à disposition pour y déposer vos affaires. L'appartement, très lumineux compte 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, un grand salon et le dressing.

It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was the first Paris harbor.
