Karst house - apartment is located in the village of Nova vas. Typical karst countryside offers relax and sport activities in the nature, great cycling and hiking routes. Vacation for families and for those who wants to explore nature and history. The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

in una zona molto tranquilla ma a 5 minuti dal centro città, offriamo ospitalità in un intero appartamento autonomo con un ampio giardino esterno con parcheggio privato. Ampia zona giorno con cucina e soggiorno, una camera matrimoniale, bagno con ampia doccia, palestra e lavanderia. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario: lavastoviglie, forno, frigo, piano cottura, microonde, bollitore, stoviglie... Il giardino ha diversi alberi anche da frutto e orto, di cui gli ospiti possono usufruire.

Open space in the historical centre, Cavana area

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Dobrodošli v "Nono Apartment"! Nahaja se v Renčah, v Vipavski dolini. Ta prenovljeni pritlični apartma ponuja svetel prostor s prostorno spalnico, zakonsko posteljo in dostopom do sončne terase. Bivalni prostor vključuje popolnoma opremljeno kuhinjo, jedilno mizo in kavč, ki se spremeni v posteljo za dva dodatna gosta. Tako spalnica kot dnevni prostor imata izhod na veliko teraso, kot nalašč za popoldansko kavo. Uživajte v udobnem bivanju v "Nono Apartment" Nono v osrčju Vipavske doline!

Tra il Carso e il Golfo di Trieste di fronte al porticciolo del Villaggio del Pescatore potrete rivivere l'atmosfera di un tempo guardando il mare in armonia con la natura. Uno spazio unico e rilassante in un appartamento di 50 mq. completamente ristrutturato nel 2022 con materiali ecosostenibili. Oltre alle spiagge e al mare la zona si presta a lunghe passeggiate e gite in bicicletta per visitare non solo i monumenti storici ma anche i paesaggi naturali.

My house, a farm, is located at the end of a small village, right on the Slovenian Italian border, overlooking the fields and surrounding forests and stables with 17 Lipizzaner horses (+5 cats). I offer the left wing of the house (I live separately in the right wing) to nature lovers and those who want to explore Kras, the nearby seaside, the Soča valley, Brda near Nova Gorica or even an hour drive away Venice. It is beautiful around here.

Villa Irena is located in Vipavski Križ and it belongs to one of the most beautiful monuments in Slovenia. 500 years house is entirely renovated and designed for a relaxing get away. Speciality of the house is the terrace covered with vines. There you will find a table and chairs or a hammock which is perfect for hot summer evenings. House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.

🌿 Mirna nastanitev v večji hiši z dvema sobama, kuhinjo, kopalnico, vrtom ter dvema terasama. Idealna za 3 odrasle in 1 otroka. 20 km od italijanskega morja, 1.5 ure vožnje do Bovca, 1h vožnje do Postojnske jame, blizu številnih aktivnosti... Potrebno je še doplačilo turistične takse 2.5 EUR po odrasli osebi.
