Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Tucked away on our farm, this quaint Shepherd’s hut, complete with private hot tub, is the perfect weekend getaway! Relax while enjoying the view out your front door of our old apple orchard or take time to wander the grounds and down into the local village. From the farm you can walk to our local pub, Eli’s Rose & Crown, for a pint and some live music. Or hop on a path that takes you down the river to the nearby town of Langport, which has weekly markets, lovely bakeries and takeaways.

Portcullis End Cottage is a quirkily-decorated self-catering retreat giving you the best of both worlds: 5 mins walk from the river, independent High Street, cafes & shops. Bring your SUP, bike or kayak! There's a small private courtyard for alfresco dining and stargazing. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with no fee, please get in touch if you have more than 2 dogs. There are no other dogs on the premises. PLS NOTE: This private location has a strict no-visitors policy.

Welcome to Marsh Farm Glamping. Park your car and wander across the meadow to your own secluded hideaway. Fully equipped with everything you could need, once you arrive you may never want to leave! Fire up the BBQ, or grab a glass of bubbles and lie back under the stars in our outdoor bath - once you arrive how much, or how little, you choose to do is entirely up to you. Why not book an escape with friends - we have a 2nd hut available on site - Shepherd Hut in Private Meadow

Myrtle cottage is a modern, dedicated living space annexed to our 17th century thatched cottage. Pitney itself is a delightful small village situated above The Levels. There is a traditional pub serving real ales, local ciders and great home cooked food and the superb Pitney Farm shop offering organic meat and veg from the mixed farm & market garden. The area offers lovely walks directly from our garden up into the hills at High Ham or down on to The Levels and the river Carey.

Immediate access to riverside walks and open countryside, yet just two minutes from shops selling local produce, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Double bedroom, luxury bathroom, open plan kitchen/living room. Close to Glastonbury, Wells, Cheddar and Taunton. Perfect location for walking, cycling, bird-watching, fishing and canoeing. Dorset, Devon and Somerset coastlines all within easy reach.

The Dairy - Spacious & Stylish with Tennis Court

The Dairy is a lovingly converted barn set in a gorgeous courtyard setting. We have kept the original beams and furnished with antiques sourced at local auction houses. It is a roomy conversion and can also be rented as a 4 bed. The very comfortable king size bed has an ensuite shower, with power and rainfall shower. There is plenty of outside space and a gas BBQ for your use. There are also bicycles and an all weather tennis courts guest can use, please ask.
