Built and crafted by myself and my husband we wanted to build something that would hug you the minute you walked in. We have created a purpose built one-bedroom annexe with your own front door and designated parking. Finished to a very high specification for the perfect relaxing holiday. A variety of teas/coffees/milk in the fridge. Baked croissants available if requested at no extra charge. Close to the village, a brisk 10 minute walk and ample walking routes right from the front door.

Glebe Barn - heart of the Cotswolds

A stunning barn conversion that was completed June 2021 situated in the heart of the Cotswolds. It is located at Little Glebe Farm next to a stable yard which is home to approximately 10 horses. The barn is south facing with stunning views across the farm. It has an open plan kitchen/sitting area with 2 bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. It is a single storey property. An enclosed terrace with lovely views. Very quiet and peaceful location. Well behaved pets welcome. Fast Wifi.

We are a stone's throw away from our local award winning pub & just down the road from our well stocked village run community shop, and in the middle of all the country side this area of outstanding natural beauty has to offer.

The Cotswold Wash House nestles in the slopes of the Windrush Valley on the edge of Great Rissington. The village has a manor, church and inn; all the charm of a bygone age. The compact cottage combines antique furniture with modern interior design. You'll find a super kingsize bed with crisp, white cotton bed linen. The kitchen is fully equipped. We provide a generous breakfast hamper which includes: tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, eggs, butter, jam, marmalade and some cookies.

A 2 minute stroll will take you to the famous Wild Rabbit Restaurant and the ‘UK’s Dining pub of the year 2019’, The Kingham Plough. A 2 minute drive or 30 minute walk will lead you to another renowned culinary destination, Daylesford Organic Farm Shop, Restaurant and Spa. Famous Cotswold villages surround the area including Stow on the Wold, Burford and Bourton on the Water.

Under The Owl Tree is a brand new luxury shepherds hut situated in the heart of a working farm in a beautiful village in the Cotswolds. The hut is fully fitted to a very high specification. It has all the amenities for comfort including a fully fitted shower room, hot water and flushing loo. Please note it is a minimum of a two nights stay over the weekends. Sadly dogs are not allowed as we have farm animals, horses, chickens, ducks and not to forget Hilda the Kune Kune pig.

The Studio is located in the pretty Cotswold village of Broadwell which is 3 minutes from Stow on the Wold - the Heart of the Cotswolds. It has a local pub, The Fox Inn - which serves classic pub food. Broadwell is 5 mins to Daylesford, 20 mins to Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm, 20 mins to Soho Farm House and lots of lovely villages. The Studio has fabulous views over open countryside. It is the perfect place for a romantic getaway.
