Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Apartman "Jovana", 70 m2, u naselju Igalo - Herceg Novi. Nalazi se u potkrovlju privatne kuće, sa vlastitom terasama. Apartman se sastoji od dvije spavaće sobe (u jednoj je smješten bračni krevet, a u drugoj dva odvojena kreveta i dodatni pomoćni ležaj), kuhinje sa trpezarijom i dnevnim boravkom i kupatilom. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijeli stan i jedno parking mjesto. U apartmanu nisu dozvoljene zurke i okupljanja. Kucni red vidno istaknut mora da se postuje.

Located in the heart of the Old Town, between the City Walls entrance and the St. Tryphon Cathedral, Aspida Guesthouse dates from the 14th century and it has a unique under-the-sea theme. My place is fair enough close to parks, public transport, the city center, the both airports Dubrovnik or Tivat and art and culture which I will be more than happy to show You. You will love my place because of splendid views, peaceful nights and You can enjoy on an amazing terrace while drinking wine, having breakfast in the morning or sun bathing :) The pool is opened from 1st May till 30th September.Thank you
