Njivice Coastal Oasis This one-bedroom apartment is located on middle floor and offer one bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious kitchen with living room. It is comfortable for up to 3 persons, mainly parents with one child (there is a double bed + sofa bed). The balcony offers amazing views of the whole bay and the property owns a private beach with sunbeds hidden down the multiple stairs to the coastline. The stairs will be a little challenge but we promise it is worth it!

The studio is part of our family house which has a shaded patio surrounded by garden with kiwis and other typical Mediterranean plants. It is a is 10 minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants and dining, great views, and art and culture. You’ll love Herceg-Novi and Igalo because of the people, the location, the ambiance and the views.

It is an apartment within the private house which has a beautiful terrace with great sea view... It is 300 meters away from the sea coast, downhill. It is in the quite neighbourhood, close to the city center, restaurant and shops and local transport. Regarding the COVID-19 situation, just want to add that we do our best to take all necessary safety measures so that our guests can feel safe.
