Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

Bienvenue ! Je mets à votre disposition lors de mes absences mon joli-petit appartement avec une vue sur cour arborée, au calme et sans vis-à-vis ! Vous y trouverez une pièce de vie avec un coin cuisine ouvert, un coin repas, un coin salon, un coin nuit, ainsi qu’une salle d’eau avec son petit coin. L’appartement vient d’être rénové par mes petites mains et j’y tiens beaucoup, je vous fais confiance pour en prendre soin ! Je n'accepte pas les voyageurs sans commentaires.

Notre maison en pierres et poutres apparentes, de type longère est idéale pour les retrouvailles en famille ou entre amis. Son esprit récup apporte un cachet supplémentaire, une singularité bohème, certains lits en palettes. Cette maison est singulière, ne convient pas aux personnes trop maniaques ou allergiques à la poussière! Idéalement placé, proche de Nantes, à 5 min de l'aéroport et à 40 min de l'ocean. Le ménage de départ et les petits-déjeuners sont compris.
