Southwold's beach and famous beach huts are just a few off-road steps away and the high street with its independent shops, pubs and eateries are just round the corner. I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

Bunting - a lovely seaside cottage with garden

Built in 1905, Bunting is a cosy cottage in the heart of Southwold, which is surely the epitome of the traditional English seaside resort. The cottage was completely remodelled inside in 2019, and the garden was landscaped with a coastal theme in June 2020. It is opposite a lovely park with children's swings, next to St Edmund's church. Southwold's famous beach, lighthouse, Edwardian pier and high street with its high quality shops, pubs and restaurants are all less than five minutes walk away.

The Old Bakery is a detached house set back behind Connaught Avenue, right in the centre of Frinton on Sea. It has 2 double bedrooms for 4 people and a sofa bed for an additional 2. There are 2 bathrooms. A travel cot and high chair are available and would be put up ready for you if requested. The Hauck Nordic travel cot is top of the range The house is close to the Tennis Club, the clifftop, the sea and beach, shops, restaurants, and cafes. Free parking. There is a sun trap of a patio garden.

Located in the beautiful market town of Framlingham, the house over looks the Mere of Framlingham Castle, which is a two minute walk away. A cosy comfortable two bedroom cottage, including fully functional kitchen and bathroom, smart TV and enclosed patio and decking. The popular Suffolk coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold are both within a 30 minute drive.

Dogs very welcome and the house has a large garden but please note the back of the garden is not completely fenced off.
