Apartment Tullio, located in the rooftop of a family house above the Old town is the proud winner of the Home and Design magazine’s award as The Best Attic Apartment in Croatia for 2017. We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. Apartments Micika - Comfort Studio Apartment with Balcony and Sea View (A2)

Micika Apartments are located 2 km from Cavtat, a quiet little town with rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful beaches and scenery, just 15 minutes ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town. -Free private parking is available, reservation is not required. For the following season we wented to make this apartment more exciting for our future guests. Some exciting renovations were done and we are still waiting for to new professional photos to be done.

Apartment CATIVLA is located in the heart of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. It is newly renovated, suitable for max. 4 people and a perfect getaway from the town hustle. Its charming balcony overlooks the stunning Old port of Dubrovnik. Although it is situated in the center of the Old Town with numerous restaurants, shops and bars nearby, apartment CATIVLA is separated from the noise and situated in the quiet and peaceful part of the Town.

Villa Marani Premium Suite 02 with a shared pool

Premium two-bedroom suite offers a balcony with a sea view and a shared pool. Accommodation is fitted with air conditioning and features a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. Popular points of interest near the apartment include the Old Town (1,6 km), Banje Beach and Lokrum Island. Also, Villa Marani offers luggage storage free of charge.

Lady L sea view studio

Lady L studio apartment with a sea view is a balance comfort with luxe, the practical with the desirable and the seasoned with tactile art. Little gem hidden in Dubrovnik. The apartment offers breakfast as an additional option in the Rixos hotel, which is located 300 meters from the apartment, with an additional charge of 30 euros per person. Breakfast at the Rixos Hotel is a buffet with a beautiful panoramic view.

Nave Apartment

Nave is a completely new apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood of Ploče. It is 7-10 min. of walking distance from the Old Town and Banje beach is just down the street. With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.

Best view P&K apartment

Best View P&K Apartment is situated in one of Dubrovnik’s most desirable neighborhoods—Zlatni Potok—just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and Banje Beach. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the City Walls and Lokrum Island. Please note that, due to the steep stairs in this residential area, the property may not be suitable for guests over 60 unless they are in good physical condition.

Apartment is situated on a quiet street with a spectacular view. It is comfortable for two, but also has aditional bed in the living room. Beach, restorant, bus station, store and tennis courts are just 3-5 min walk. The distance from the Old Town is 15-20 min walk.
