The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. Kindly invited to our pleasant family house with four different size apartments. The apartment "Lavanda" is adjusted for a wheelchair. Each apartment has its own entrance and a covered terrace with a table and chairs. There is a wide variety of herbs and spices available to guests in our garden. In front of the house there is a free parking lot. It is also possible to store bikes or motor bikes, and to use a washing machine and a tumble dryer (extra charge).

Appartamento molto suggestivo con travi a vista che oltre la posizione invidiabile con la vista sul centro storico si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia cittadina. Appartamento e piccolo ma con i spazi ben organizzati ed e ideale per 4 persone. Volendo ci possono stare 6 persone usufruendo dell divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno.

The studio is situated in a calm neighbourhood. It has its own entrance and a nice garden with a view on the sea. In front of the house on the left is your free parking lot. There are small markets in the vicinity. Once here, you will get bed sheets and towels. There is tourist tax (2,5 Eur per person/day) to be payed.

These appartment in ground floor with garden is located in the centre of the oldest part of Piran, Punta, on first line near the sea. I like the tuch of history in every wall of these old house, were we found inscriptions in stone as old as from 1663.
