Die ehrwürdigen Städte auf den Hügeln, das klare, blaue Meer, die Geschichte sind nur einige der Attraktionen der Halbinsel.

Miran ambijent okružen prirodom udaljen od mora 5 km. Kamena kuća sa hrastovim namještajem na 3 etaže, sa velikim otvorenim prostorima. S prekrasnim pogledom na more i Alpe. Das Neu erbaute und Modern eingerichtete Haus befindet sich in Kastel nicht weit von der Grenze Slowenien/Kroatien. Die Lage ist ideal für ein Familien Urlaub wo sie eine schöne Zeit verbringen können. Der Pool ist zu ihrer Privaten Nutzung und es sind zwei Parkplaetze verfuegbar. Die Hauptstrasse ist weit weg so das man keinen Laerm hat. Strände sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Viele Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung und ein kleiner Markt ist auch wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. Our spacious and luxurious property is located in a serene and scenic area, with over 2000 m2 of plot, making it the perfect vacation home. *pool heating season usually between May and October (depending on the weather).

It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
