Die mit Liebe frisch renovierte Altbauwohnung ist das ehemalige Jagdzimmer des Anwesens. Neben altem Schiffsparkett schmückt eine Stuckdecke den großen, hellen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und Esstisch. Zur Wohnung gehört eine eigene Terrasse und ein großer Parkplatz ist auch direkt vor der Türe. Bis in die Aachener Innenstadt benötigt man 10 Min. mit dem Auto. ( Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) We offer 8 apartments of various sizes in the very city center of Cologne. All units are turn-key for tourists or business travelers who are looking for alternatives to the standardized, often impersonal hotel atmosphere. Short-term rental is also available for weekend and family guests, or trade fair exhibitors and visitors. For groups of up to 22 people, we make the whole statthaus available exclusively.

Deze ruime woning (55m2) is uitermate geschikt voor wandelaars, fietsers en gezinnen met kids. Pal naast de woning ligt het Nationaal Park de Eifel en op enkele minuten rijden bevindt zich de Rursee. Dit is één van de grootste stuwmeren van Duitsland en biedt vele watersport mogelijkheden. Vanaf het balkon heeft u het mooiste uitzicht van het dorp, over het prachtige berglandschap van de Eifel.

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away. On a truly beautiful spot in the hills of the "Pays de Herve" lies our old farmhouse (1850) with 3 nice holiday houses, each with stunning views of surroundings. The spacious apartment is suitable for a stay of 5 to 7 people. The rent is based on a stay of 5 persons. The 6th and 7th person staying (babies do count with us) pays 20 euros per person per night.
