Rattlebeck Farm is a traditional & cosy cottage, with modern decor & facilities. The Cottage boats a private patio with hot tub & incredible views, 55" Smart TV, Log Burning Stove, kitchen & dining area, 2 double bedrooms with Smart TVs (1 ensuite), & a main bathroom. Located just outside the chaos of the Lake District honeypot towns, we are just 5 mins from Caldbeck in the Lake District, 20 mins from Keswick & Derwentwater, 30 mins from the Solway Coast & 20 mins from the City of Carlisle.

The cabin is next to a standing stone with a south facing door & deck area where guests can sit and kids can play. Central heating & double glazing.

The modern space provides a contemporary and relaxing home for visitors with excellent access to bus and tram routes, city centre attractions, cafes, bars and restaurants. The Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, Princess Street Gardens, the Grand Canal and Edinburgh International Convention Centre are all within walking distance and there is an array of local amenities in the immediate vicinity.

Ideally located for a family seaside holiday Overlooking the Urr Estuary to Rough Island and offering spacious and comfortable accommodation for 6, the cottage has recently been refurbished to the highest of standards. The attractive garden surrounds the cottage and owners house ensuring privacy whilst also giving direct easy access to the shore across the private road at the front of the house, with space for boat storage and shorefront picnics.

The lodge sits directly on the beach front, Benefitting from stunning views of Luce bay, the Isle of Man and on a clear day the mountains in Northern Ireland. Sea Glass Cottage - Beachfront cottage

Sea Glass Cottage is a beachfront holiday home with views over the dunes to the Solway Firth and Scotland beyond. Our guests tell us that the sunset views from the conservatory are breathtaking. The cottage has been tastefully updated and decorated by the owners with all amenities for modern living but retaining a quirky, seaside charm. Sleeps 5 plus a baby, no smoking, WiFi, dog-friendly. We charge £25 per dog.

Red Stables is the ideal location for a peaceful getaway for you and your partner. It was converted from old farm buildings into a lovely cottage that is comfortable, warm and cosy. There are wonderful views - including from the hot-tub! The cottage is ideal placed for visits to the Lake District, The Solway Coast, the historic city of Carlisle, the Scottish Border and Hadrian's Wall.

Dog-friendly, the Wee Bothy is within the gardens of a 2000 acre working estate in open countryside yet only 10 mins to Kilmarnock, 15 mins to Ayr & Troon and 30 mins from Glasgow. Quietly located by the potting sheds, alongside the walled garden, the cottage is cosy and is set up for every eventuality and is a home away from home if you're here to work.
