The space consists of two rooms, one being a large bedroom and the other a sitting room with tv. There is also a private bathroom. It’s really close to Red Rocks and public transportation. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space, the ambiance and a private walk out living space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business traveler, and pets. Welcome to Littleton! Our beautiful neighborhood is friendly and quiet with easy access to amenities and highways. Enjoy the comforts of home without missing any of the excitement of Denver and the Rocky Mountains. We recently renovated our guest suite and hope that you love it as much as we do. The suite is essentially an apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, laundry, & spacious living space. It's perfect for families, groups, or couples to enjoy a Rocky Mountain getaway.

Cottage 12 minutes to Red Rocks with amazing views

Our cottage apartment (upstairs above a detached garage) is a quaint & intimate one room, 500 square foot getaway with a queen bed, full size sleeping loft, futon and couch (not a pull-out), as well as a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains, just 12 minutes from Red Rocks and Bear Creek Lake, 5 minutes from hiking, biking and paddle boarding at Chatfield State Park, 8 minutes from South Valley Park, 20 minutes from Denver, and 45 from DIA.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

Modern Carriage House Loft in Popular Platt Park

No smoking on property and No 420. Our modern carriage house is centered in a vibrant historic Denver neighborhood. The interior is bright and airy with vaulted ceilings and huge windows. The house features a kitchen, living area and separate bedroom. There are many award winning nearby restaurants and breweries (even a couple distilleries) all in walking distance. The light rail station is a convenient 10 minute walk, the bus station is around the corner. Uber is available in minutes.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

A remodeled, spacious, lower level, private entry apartment with a full kitchen, bath, and 1 queen bed. It's secure and inside a brick home in an established neighborhood of Historic Old Town Littleton. Short walk to cool, downtown Littleton's many restaurants, bars, shops, light rail, bus lines, recreation center, and parks. We are also easy drives to many of the area's wedding venues. 20 minute drive/ 25 minute light-rail ride to downtown Denver and 25 min. drive to Red Rocks theater.

Fresh & Cozy Studio Guesthouse; dedicated parking

Lovely, detached studio carriage house in central Denver. Clean, newly restored studio unit located on second floor above detached garage. Enjoy coffee and meals on your elevated deck. Access to ground-level patio. Grounds surrounding the main house are filled with blooming gardens and peaceful ambience. Ten minutes from downtown Denver amenities (LoDo, 16th Street Mall, etc.). Walking distance to glorious Washington Park. Neighborhood restaurants abound. Free, dedicated parking.

Lakewood Guesthouse

4.0 Miles to downtown Denver. A small studio house with a full kitchen and small bathroom. Walking distance to the lightrail station, and Sloan's Lake. While the house is nothing fancy, it is comfortable, close to downtown and a close drive to the mountains. The neighborhood is not particularly walk friendly to restaurants and bars, but a very quick Uber to the city. A couple of my favorite places close by are Westfax Brewing and US Thai. 4/20 friendly outside house.
