This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. A large hot tub with a beautiful view is available for an additional charge. Substantial breakfast pack provided. With a village pub close by what’s not to love?

The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. There is private parking in the courtyard area with an outdoor dining table and grapevine backdrop which captures the sun all day long making it a lovely space to relax in. Any questions please ask. Hillcrest is a stone cottage dating back to the 1700s set within rolling countryside in the quiet hamlet of Preston Capes. This peaceful and beautifully renovated cottage offers all the charm of a period cottage, with the convenience and comfort of modern living. The cottage has a private walled garden and outdoor eating area. There are several good pubs/restaurants within easy driving distance or a walk for the more energetic guests (Fawsley Hall or The Plough at Everdon).

The Secret Corner

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.

Oak Tree Annexe

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.

Located in the beautiful village of Sudborough, 20 mins from the towns of Kettering, Corby and Oundle. One king- sized bedroom upstairs with a small kitchenette with induction hob and combi microwave in an open-plan living space downstairs. We are pet friendly with small, private enclosed garden and terrace for the property . Dominic and Emily live on-site, across the courtyard garden at the front of the property, however The Hayloft feels perfectly private.

Beech Barn is a cosy, rustic studio apartment in a lovely rural setting with superb views and yet walking distance to a great pub with restaurant and a village store. The room has a private patio, Wifi, Smart tv, seating area, en suite shower as well as a small kitchenette with kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave. The space is entirely independent and there is parking onsite.
