Die Unterkunft Willkommen am Niederrhein! Willkommen in Nettetal! Im Stadtteil Hinsbeck gelegen, fühlen Sie sich bei uns in familiärer Atmosphäre in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet wie Zuhause. Ihre Umgebung: Nur wenige Kilometer von der niederländischen Grenze entfernt liegt Nettetal mit dem Stadtteil Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck und das benachbarte Leuth bilden aus Nettetal einen staatlich anerkannten Erholungsort. Es ist das Herzstück des Internationalen Naturparks Maas-Schwalm-Nette. Es erwartet Sie eine typisch niederrheinische Landschaft mit 12 Seen, 70 km Rad- und 145 km Wanderweg. In liebevoll gepflegten Naturschutzeinrichtungen kann die landschaftstypische, ursprüngliche Flora und Fauna bestaunt werden. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Autobahn 61 ist in ca. 8 km erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Kaldenkirchen ist ca. 7 km entfernt. Von dort aus gelangen Sie direkt über die niederländische Grenze nach Venlo und ebenso in die andere Richtung auf direktem Weg nach Düsseldorf. Ihr Zuhause: Die 1. Etage unseres Einfamilienhauses ist für den Zeitraum Ihres Aufenthaltes Ihre persönliche Wohlfühloase. Seit Sommer 2001 empfangen wir mit Freude unsere Gäste, die von der Familie mit Kindern, über Naturliebhaber bis hin zum Montage-Arbeiter jeden umfassen, den es nach Nettetal und Umgebung zieht. Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet auf ca. 60 m² Platz für bis zu 4 Personen in 2 getrennten Doppelzimmern. Ausstattung: 2 Wohnschlafräume, Wohnküche, Bad/Dusche, Kabel-TV, Radio, Internet/W-LAN, Mikrowelle, Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive, kinderfreundlich, Nichtraucherwohnung, abschließbare Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit, Gartennutzung, Grill, großer kostenfreier Parkplatz gegenüber dem Haus; Familien mit Kindern sind ebenso gern gesehene Gäste wie Ihr Haustier. Wir bitten hierbei im Vorfeld um eine kurze Information. Preis pro Person: ab 28,00 €Preise ab einer Woche auf Anfrage.

Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe des Stadtzentrum und des Aasees. Die Fachhochschule ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen und mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten ( B67 in näherer Umgebung). Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bäcker und Metzger, sowie Lebensmittelmarkt sind ca. 1000 m entfernt. Unser Haus und das Apartment liegen in einer Sackgasse, öffentliche Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir haben das Apartment praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

U huurt van ons een prachtige bovenwoning met een panoramisch uitzicht over de Maas in beide richtingen. U ziet het veerpontje op en neer gaan en er varen de hele dag schepen en jachten aan u voorbij. Het pittoreske dorpje Broekhuizen is rijk aan gezellige restaurants met terrasjes aan de Maas. U kunt fietsen tussen de rozen- en aspergevelden, door bos- en natuurgebieden over rustige wegen en paden. Het appartement is geschikt voor stellen, zakelijke reizigers en gezinnen. Wir vermieten eine separate, ca. 60 m² große Loft - Wohnung / Haus mit eigenem Eingang im Anbau unseres über 100 Jahre alten Hauses an Gäste, die "Anders" übernachten möchten! Die Wohnung ist autark + getrennt vom Haupthaus. Eine eigene Terrasse bzw. ein eigener Gartenanteil gehören zur Wohnung. Rund ums Haus sind Wälder und Felder, hier kann man spazierengehen oder radfahren auf der Römer Lippe Route. Das Ruhrgebiet (Duisburg, Essen) ist nah. Supermarkt, Pizzeria + Apotheke sind vor Ort.

Make yourself at home. It is very spacious and offers space for up to 4 people, if you want. Find yourself in the clean space with comfortable on quality seating and bed. I use this apartment as my second place to stay or for when friends and family are visiting. So you shall not miss anything. Around in the area you will find all amenities of everyday life... groceries, transportation, restaurants, etc. It is only 10 minutes by feet to downtown & main station.
