Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The accommodation is self-contained with its own stable door entrance, wood burning stove and private terrace overlooking views across the Land Yeo River and Marshalls Field. This stunning position is only a few yards from coastal walks and cycling routes. Clevedon's famous marine lake, which is open all year for wild swimming, is a short stroll away as are the local pub, post office and some lovely coffee shops a little further along the seafront.

Holiday Apartment at Sand Bay

This first-floor apartment faces the beach at Kewstoke, with views directly across the Bristol Channel to Cardiff and the islands of Flat Holm and Steep Holm. The living-room area and the larger bedroom feature patio doors which open onto the balcony, which faces west and is ideal for watching the sunset on summer evenings. Sand Bay is a stretch of unspoilt beach, very tranquil, but there are pubs and restaurants within walking distance, and a bus into the nearby town of Weston-Super-Mare.

The Grange

Our self contained apartment is on the first floor of our 500 year old farm house. Although the farm is in the country side we are within 2 miles of junction 21 on the M5. Weston-Super-Mare is 5 miles away, Bristol 15 miles and Bath 20 miles. The Mendips is near by offering stunning walks, as well as Cheddar gorge and Wells with a variety of walks and tourist attractions. The apartment is surrounded by green areas please ask for directions if you would like the use of a green space.

Woodside Lodge - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning Lodge with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.
