The Bothy, converted from a grain store on a working farm at Wilcote Manor, in a quiet, beautiful hamlet on the edge of the Cotswolds - fabulous walks from the door. The Bothy is stone built, situated by the farm barns and parking outside. The ground floor rooms overlook the gardens of Wilcote Manor. Tennis court-just ask, pool if open and free The Bothy is decorated in neutral colours, good ceiling heights & original beams with open plan living room, sofabed, 2 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

Country Cottage 1 - Oxford/Cotswolds/Bicester

Idyllically situated 6k Central Oxford, 5k Summertown, 5k Woodstock and Blenheim Palace, 20k Burford (gateway to The Cotswolds) 20k Bicester Village and overlooking the historic St. Peter's Church, the cottages have been luxuriously appointed to the highest contemporary standard. Constructed of Cotswold stone with central and underfloor heating. The studio style layout provides a double room and bed with en-suite bathroom. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen, open plan living room and breakfast bar.

Little Chestnut Cottage

Situated in a quiet location in the village of Stonesfield, Little Chestnut Cottage is a charming self-contained base from which to explore the Cotswolds and local attractions in the Oxford area such as Blenheim Palace. The cottage is just over an hour away from London yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are plenty of walks straight from the door across the picturesque Evenlode valley. Shakespeare’s Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.

Cotswold cottage in Kingham

Slow down and recharge at The Old Smithy. Built about 600 years ago, this Cotswold stone blacksmiths forge has been transformed into a cosy retreat for two. Kingham is a highly sought after village in the heart of the Cotswolds. With a wealth of brilliant pubs and wonderful countryside walks on our doorstep, you can bring your dog along to enjoy too. The Kingham Plough and The Wild Rabbit, are a short walk away. Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Bamford club a longer walk/short drive.

The Garden Room

Large (30 sqm) self contained quiet room on ground floor rear of well appointed house with king-size bed, shower / toilet, kitchen and garden. Close to shops, frequent bus services into central Oxford, and a few minutes walk from river Thames / Isis and parks. Popular pubs, cafes and restaurants are on nearby Magdalen Road. The Garden Room is reached by side entrance with coded gate and motion activated lights. Parking on driveway or street. Garden awaits further tidying. See photos.

The Loft is a lovely self-catering, studio flat for 2 people close to Oxford, we are 2.6 miles from Oxford. We are a few minutes from all the tourist attractions of the historic city of Oxford including, the University Colleges, the Ashmolean Museum, Pitt Rivers Museum, the Bodleian Library, the Thames for punting, the Westgate shopping centre, University Parks, Port Meadow etc. We are 30 minutes drive from Blenheim Palace and 20 minutes from Bicester Village outlet shopping centre.

The White Lion Studio

A spacious studio apartment at The White Lion, an Oxfordshire country pub. 10 mins to Bicester Village, 20 mins to soho farmhouse, on the edge of the Cotswalds. One double bed and one double sofa bed (additional bedding can be requested). Small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. New bathroom with shower. On grounds of beautiful old pub (drinks only but hosting regular food trucks) with free parking and plenty of lovely walks from the studio.

2-bed cottage nr Soho Farmhouse

Quintessential Cotswolds cottage with boutique-inspired decor, 7mins drive from Soho Farmhouse. 2 king-sized bedrooms, lounge with wood burner, kitchen with Range cooker and a bathroom with a roll top bath and rainfall shower. Recently decorated with Farrow and Ball colours, our home has many designer touches, as well as a collection of art and photography books. You may find a Soho House robe or two… Fast wifi and smart TV (for when you have finished reading all the books 😉)

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Jeremy Clarkson's new pub (The Farmer's Dog) is a 6-minute drive away and the towns of Cheltenham, Banbury, and Swindon are all within a 40-minute drive. Additionally, there is a beautiful lake at the property's rear to explore.
